Paid Internship Program

Eliminate obstacles to employment and improve your skills.

Even if they have significant employment experience in their native country, newcomers encounter an important challenge upon settling in Quebec, namely that of acquiring an employment experience in their field in the host country.

Why Do a Paid Internship?

The paid internship program gives you the opportunity to develop your skills as part of a committed team and to acquire relevant experience. As a trainee, you will work closely with a supportive and available tutor, who will help you to enhance your learning experience through consistent and solid guidance and feedback.

The program allows you to:
  • Benefit from assistance and follow-up to ensure that you integrate the work environment in a sustainable manner
  • Undertake paid internships in businesses operating in fields experiencing a shortage of manpower
  • Practice a semi-specialized trade in a sector of activity that is in full expansion
  • Acquire work experience in Quebec
