Exceptionally, this service is offered for a fee of $2.50 to $5.00 per document.

CACI’s administrative procedure support services are offered:

  • to all individuals living in Quebec;
  • temporary foreign worker, international student, permanent resident, asylum seeker, protected person, as well as Canadian citizens.

Individuals who only hold visitor status and people residing outside Quebec are not eligible.

Yes. CACI’s administrative procedure support services are offered free of charge to eligible individuals.

Yes. Our advisors can help verify that you have gathered the required documents for your procedure and inform you about the supporting documents usually requested. However, CACI cannot guarantee the approval of an application or replace the government authorities responsible for processing files.

The documents required vary depending on your procedure. In general, we recommend bringing your immigration documents, identification, your Social Insurance Number (SIN), and any document related to your application.

Yes. A free child care service may be available during your appointment, subject to availability.

This service is offered as part of the Integration Support and Assistance Programme (PASI) of the Ministry of Immigration, Francization and Integration (MIFI).
