Learning French at the CACI, your key to success
French courses offered at the CACI are intended for all those who wish to learn French or to improve their knowledge of French. The certificate which is delivered is valid for the citizenship application. Four sessions are offered per year in the spring, summer, fall and winter.
- Persons 16 years and older living in Quebec
- From April 2 to June 16, 2024
- 11 weeks of classes per session
- Free courses with allowance of $28/day
- Certificate is valid for citizenship application
- Beginner, intermediate and advanced levels
Free Courses
Courses are Courses are free. There are no registration or tuition fees. Learning material fees may apply in some teaching establishments.
Schedule
You may choose the schedule that is most convenient for you at the time of registration. The upcoming spring session will take place from April 2 to June 16, 2024.
Morning
- Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 12 pm
Afternoon
- Monday to Thursday from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm
Evening
- Monday and Wednesday from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm
- Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm
Other sessions:
- Summer 2024, from July 8 to September 22
- Fall 2024, from September 30 to December 15
Financial assistance for taking part in French courses
You can receive $ 28 for each day that you attend a course of 3 hours or more.
CACI Daycare
The CACI daycare is available for children aged 1 to 12 and the childcare fees are fully reimbursed by the ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration (MIFI). Some conditions may apply. Some conditions may apply.
